Option One
Email your area academic senator.
Option Two
Any member of the electorate may submit an item for the Academic Senate Executive Committee (ASEC) discussion agenda for an upcoming Academic Senate meeting. The request must be made in writing to the current President of the Academic Senate and must be received no later than one week prior to the meeting. The President will consult with the Executive Committee to prioritize items for placement on the agenda.
Option Three
Attend an Academic Senate meeting and give a comment during the Open Forum (speakers must fill out the Open Forum Form prior to commenting. Comments are not to exceed three minutes per person or ten minutes per topic.
Option Four
Email the Academic Senate Office and request to attend an Academic Senate Executive Committee Meeting.
